On May 12th EFT friends hosted a fabulous dinner to raise funds for our projects. Ashok Klouda played the Bach Cello Partita No. 4 in Eb major and The Halcyon Quartet performed the World Premier of a new composition by James Long, Four Nocturnes, and Mendelssohn’s String Quartet in A minor Op 13. On April 25th Mary Hofmand and Anya Fadina gave a beautiful recital. We had around 60 in the audience including some really well-behaved children! We had refreshments after the concert.
